Small Group Training Programs


This 60-minute group training session consists of strength training, functional exercises, core exercises, and cardio drills. Every class is varied and never the same! We creatively incorporate kettlebells, ropes, cycle bikes, free weights, medicine balls, resistant bands, TRX, body weight, and other functional exercises.


This is a true high-intensity workout with short rest periods designed to keep you burning calories long after the workout! A 30-minute workout that will compliment your cardio and strength regiment.


Elite Boxing is a fusion of boxing, martial arts, and kickboxing. Offering an intense cross-training and total-body workout, it utilizes the training routines used by combat athletes. If you are looking to build strength, improve conditioning, gain muscle or lose fat, this is the class for you!


Looking to run your first 5k, but haven’t been able to dedicate yourself to it? Elite’s Couch-to-5k is designed with you in mind. Go over shoes, running economy, form, and workouts to keep you getting stronger as a runner! Designed for the beginner, but open to all!
