Come Run with Elite at the 9th Annual Race for a Cure!
Will You Be ONE of 500 ELITE Runners to Help Us Race for the Cure?
Elite is proud and excited to announce that we will be the lead sponsor in this year’s 9th Annual Mansfield Race for a Cure on Saturday, November 30th. The Race for a Cure was founded in 2010 to honor Fallon Finegan, a Mansfield HS student who passed away at age 16 from Cystic Fibrosis. Elite’s own Meredith Rogazzo, one of our outstanding physical therapists here in Foxboro, was a friend and classmate of Fallon and has been the Race Director since the race’s inception. 100% of the proceeds of the Race go to Hearts for Hope, an incredible foundation dedicated to providing financial assistance to families battling Cystic Fibrosis.
We have seen first-hand the amazing amount of work, effort, and time Meredith and the rest of the Race team put into making this Race the successful fundraiser it has become. After being a smaller sponsor last year, we knew we wanted to take on a larger role in the future. We are honored to be the lead sponsor of this year’s event and our goal is to make it THE most successful Race for a Cure EVER. Our goal is to register 500 runners for this year’s event, a milestone that has never been reached in the race’s history, and in the process set a new Race record for fundraising!
But to reach this ambitious goal, we need the help of the ENTIRE Elite community. So we’re asking you to run with us on November, 30th! With the strength and power of the Elite communities in both Foxboro and Stoughton, we have no doubt we can CRUSH our goal and raise thousands of dollars for families in need of our help!
