Athlete Training for Most Major Sports
We train athletes for basketball, baseball, soccer, football, volleyball, softball, ice/field hockey, lacrosse, track & field, MMA, wrestling, tennis, gymnastics, dance, figure skating and more! We develop an individualized, sport-specific training program for each athlete. Athletes are provided with their program as well as corrective exercises to help improve the athlete’s mobility, flexibility, and stability. Training sessions are performed under the direct supervision of Elite staff in a private or small group setting (up to 4 athletes per trainer).
