We are adding new classes to the Team Training Schedule!
We have HIIT 30 coming in the mornings with Gerard, and Wave 20 coming with ‘Nick At Night!’ These are both intense 30 minutes classes so you can get in and get out of the gym, and get the most out of your workout in the least amount of time.
HIIT 30 is a true high intensity workout with short rest periods designed to keep you burning calories long after the workout! A 30 min short and to the point fat-burning cardio and strength workout. Come give it a try!
Wave 20 is at the heart of the PowerWave™ program and uses weighted sandbags suitable for all levels. This high intensity interval training workout features 20 rounds of functional movements that will unleash explosive core strength & physical endurance. Each metabolic workout is powered by customized music and timers specifically designed to drive maximum performance. Your muscles will be burning!
HIIT 30 is on Monday and Wednesday mornings, 7:30 – 8:00am, with trainer Gerard Touchette.
Wave 20 is on Monday and Wednesday evenings, 7:00 – 7:30pm, with trainer Nick Ready.
Classes start Monday September 11th.
