charles denny personal trainer

Beginning my fitness journey at the young age of 9, I have grown into a young man who is passionate, driven, and enthusiastic to help others become the best versions of themselves. At the age of 9 I began taking Tae-Kwan-do classes in Randolph at, “Boston Tae-Kwan-Do” with Master Xavier. These classes continued throughout my life and taught me the core set of values I have today. Discipline, mental endurance, physical strength and speed, and the drive to succeed. In college I began running frequently and haven’t stopped yet. A few years later I would find Spartan Race and find out who I really am; Always hungry for more challenges! After over 15 Spartan races, a 3x Trifecta, a Spartan Ultra Beast, multiple 5k and 10k road races, as well as a black belt in Tae-Kwan-Do, some Jujitsu, boxing and two years of Krav Maga, I still find new and exciting ways to push the envelope. Becoming a trainer has been a passion for me. Coming from a sales background making good money, I learned money wasn’t happiness. Finding Elite helped to unveil the path for me and next I made the conscious decision to find life’s real reward in helping others achieve their goals.
