Pound: Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.
Chair yoga: Chair yoga is a general term for practices that modify yoga poses so that they can be done while seated in a chair. These modifications make yoga accessible to people who cannot stand or lack the mobility to move easily from standing to seated to supine positions. Many of the basic body mechanics of the individual postures are retained, no matter the stance of the practitioner. While seated on chairs, students can do versions of twists, hip stretches, forward bends, and mild backbends.
Both of these above classes are part of our Group Ex classes and are included in all memberships!
Beast Reps: Using a special gel type of ‘sandbag’ get the muscle strength you are looking for with the lean muscle gain to match! Beast-REPS™ pairs targeted upper or lower body strength training with built in timers to control total time under tension and repetition rate. (Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00am)
Wave 20: Also using the special gel type of ‘sandbag’, and at the heart of the PowerWave™ is the Wave 20 program. This high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout features 20 rounds of functional movements that will unleash explosive core strength & physical endurance! (Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:30am, Tuesday 8:30am)
Boxing: Elite Boxing is a fusion of boxing, martial arts, and kickboxing. Offering an intense cross-training and total-body workout, it utilizes the training routines used by combat athletes. If you are looking to build strength, improve conditioning, gain muscle or lose fat, this is the class for you! (Monday and Wednesday evenings 5pm)
Barbell Club: This class focuses on bench press, deadlifts, back squats, front squats and Olympic lifting. This program focuses on beginners and experienced lifters which include group and one-on-one instruction. You will work on strength, power and endurance! (Monday and Wednesday evenings 7pm)

OnRamp: is designed to expose the newest members of our community to the fundamental movements of CrossFit. Our coaches will teach you the basic movements, correct form, proper technique, full range of motion, skill development, and intensity. A session is 60 minutes and includes strength training and skill training.
You get 2 OnRamp classes as part of your CrossFit membership or you can purchase 2 of these classes for only $29 to get exposure to CrossFit and see what it is all about.
