New Fall Group Exercise Schedule Comes Out Next Week!


There are a few changes to the Group Ex Schedule that comes out next week!

New Classes! New Times! New Descriptions!

Express Cardio Blast, Friday mornings, 8:30-8:55am, with Nick Ready.

Barre – it’s back! You asked, we listened. Tuesday nights with Patricia at 5:30pm.

By popular demand – Another Chair Yoga has been added on Thursdays at 11:30am with Jan Byron.

Zumba with Tiffany Young has been added on Wednesday nights at 7pm.

There are new descriptions to the Easy Fit Classes: Monday is Easy Fit Mash Up with Carolina, Wednesday is Easy Fit with Maureen, and Friday is Forever Fit with Pam.

Pound is now on Monday nights at 7pm.

There are a couple of changes on Friday mornings: BodyPump is now at 9am, and Power yoga is now at 10am.

Come join us in the fun and get into shape at the same time!

Be sure to thank Carolina for all her hard work in making sure such great classes are on the schedule.
