Elite Functional Interval Training is a 55 min group training session consisting of strength training, functional exercises, core exercises, and cardio drills.

Every class is varied and never the same!

We creatively incorporate kettlebells, ropes, cycle bikes, free weights, medicine balls, resistant bands, TRX, body weight, and other functional exercises.
